- Include in the notes section a general description about the issue. In the event you wish to hold the meeting via Apple Support, FaceTime Audio, Skype, WhatsApp or TeamViewer. If you selected the “Pro” or higher plan you will get a link via email to join a virtual conference room.
When you select the “Pro” or higher plan you will get a email containing a link to a “Google Meet Session”. The only requirement is a Google Chrome or FireFox browser that is up to date.
We are partners with Apple. If you have a Mac we can request a Apple Support session where we can point and view your screen.
Priority support is a add on we offer when you need immediate assistance. We will bump you to the next available spot. If a cancelation or no show happens you will be first in line.
If your issue is not resolved we will refund 10% along with refer you to a higher company.
