Do I need to include accessories?
For Smart Watches, we require a charger to properly test the device. Watches received without a charger may take up to 7 additional business days to process and may receive a revised offer.
No need to send us your Apple Watch band, however if you do we will recycle it appropriately.
How long does it take for me to get paid?

What happens if I decline to a revised offer?
If your Watch was received and a revised offer was presented, you have the option to accept or decline the offer. If you decline our revised offer, we will return your Watch to you at no cost.
