Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

 

In-Store Returns - 


With Receipt - We are happy to process a return within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and tags attached to the item. The refund will be processed to the original payment method. 
Without Receipt - We are happy to process a return without a receipt, Only store credit (Gift Card) will be issued at the items current market value. 
If you have the credit card present used to make the purchase we might be able to lookup the transaction!

 

 

Online Returns - 
 
To start a return you must contact us at Support@btaginc.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Upon approval for a return, you will receive a RMA number, all items must be postmarked within three (3) days of the return approval date. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and obtain a receipt with a tracking number. 


All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, failure to comply may result in a denied return. We are unable to return items that have been denied of a return request.
After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your RMA number on a piece of paper firmly attached to the item, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

 

Return Policy Exceptions

B Tag Inc reserves the right to limit, or decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether the customer has a receipt. All returns without a receipt are subject to a refund verification process. The Team Lead retains final authority to accept or decline any item that is eligible for return. Under no circumstance may a Team Lead accept return of an ineligible item. Team Leads may always, at their discretion, refuse return of an item they deem to present a potential health or safety risk to any individual.

B Tag Inc also reserves the right to close btaginc.com accounts, or to cancel or refuse orders or returns for violations or abuse of our returns policy, or any fraudulent activities relating to returns.
