Q: How do I schedule a private lesson?
A: Look at the pricing table above and find a tier you like, then select the "Get
Started" or "Buy Now" button from there select a date and time.
Q: Is payment required up front?
A: Payment is not collected until we have accepted your request. We will process payment over the phone.
Q: What is a "Remote Fix" ?
A: A Remote Fix is a service we offer where we can remote access your computer to fix any issues.
Q: What exactly is Priority Support and how do I use it?
A: Priority support is a add on we offer when you need immediate assistance. We will bump you to the next available spot. If a cancelation or no show happens you will be first in line.
Q: What happens if my request can't be fulfilled?
A: If your issue is not resolved we will refund 10% along with refer you to a higher company.
