Is there a fee associated with Delivery? - Yes, delivery fees vary from your distance from the store. Typically delivery within a 3 mile radius is $3.99 or free with a $50 order. (Pricing subject to change at anytime).
How will I know when my order is out for delivery? - Once your order is on the way, we will send you an email and give a courtesy call or text.
Do I need to be present for my order to be delivered? - No, most orders are setup for contactless delivery. If you would rather have your order handed to you instead, please let our associates know in the delivery instructions at checkout.
How do I know if I am within the delivery area? - At checkout, the option "Local Delivery" appears for addresses within the delivery area.
I had an issue with my delivery or I am missing items what should I do? - Please contact your local store. The store phone number is on the "Ready for Pickup" email we sent you. Otherwise please call our Headquarters at +1 651-480-7818 - Please have your order number available (this can be found on the order confirmation email).
I live in an apartment, complex, or gated community, Can I still have my order delivered? - Yes! Please Note: If your home has a call box/intercom or gate. Please include access codes in the delivery instructions! Also for multi floor buildings include your floor or flat number. Thank you!
